Personality

Kiyoi Tawakemono is a michevious man, often working behind the scenes to accomplish his goals. He believes the world is unjust and values truth as the only valuable form of justice and so, should abandon all restraints to find it. From a young age he had been confused by the unjust and secretive nature in the world, wanting to grow up and get strong enough to get the answers to all of his questions.

Kiyoi can be extremely sneaky, manipulative and intellegent always trying to play the cards his own way, even going to the extent of involving innocent people in his schemes, using there interests to unknowingly lead him to where he wants at times. He's shown sincerety and empathy at times, especially when the situation calls for it.

Kiyoi can sometimes bee seen lacking enthusiasm and drive, dragging out fights for long enough to get caught up in the moment and completely forget his goal or getting caught up in even more trouble. He often shows no signs of fear or urgence in fights, even going to the point of whistling or singing to himself.

Kiyoi can be seen as an extremely sadistic indivisual who enjoys hurting people and toying with there emotions. He's even willing to give up information for his own entertainment, if he could spark a war he would, just to watch and eventually help with just because. In spite of those habits, he will treat personal battles with the utmost seriousness. He's charismatic and knows how to sway people. He wants to be somewhat of a hero, maybe not an agreeable one but one nonetheless wanting to ruthlessly expose the truth to combat the evils of the world. He generally has characteristics of a Jester, often carrying around cards to symbolize such.

Strengths - As mentioned prior Kiyoi is extremely smart and deceptive, he can easily mask his movements and read his opponents via various methods and is overall extremely adaptive. His speed is something unhumanly, at his max he can move at the speed of lightning, far beyond what most can react to and on par with the speed of the Mizukage. With his adaptability he is a weapons and hand to hand expert, also having strength on top of that, and being among the greatest water jutsu users, he's a generally well rounded and balanced shinobi.

Weaknesses - He can often be caught getting sidetracked mid fight out of boredom, taking his eyes off of his opponent if the fight goes on for to long often leading to his downfall. On top of this, despite his immense speed his stamina is low, perhaps a result of his copius smoking habits.
